nokia 6260- simcard regected,insert simcard - GSM-Forum

i have nokia 6260 that always show- simcard rejected,insert simcard-
i have flashed it many times,and format user area.but when the phone powers on,it will pick network,the everything goes off,the it will show-simcard rejected insert simcard,phone will restart.
please anyone with solution

Try to see your IMEI nr. click *#06#
