Unexpected Exception: BOX_AUTH_ERROR:1020
 

when I have installed an orginal HWk my box show: Unexpected Exception: BOX_AUTH_ERROR:1020 for DCTx

plz Help me, after contact resseler, he said that he can't do anything

he installed the new HWK and during the operation it has changed the SN of the box.

how can I get my original SN (***XX.fbi)?

Now the error is Unexpected Exception: BOX_AUTH_ERROR:1111 !!!!!!!!!

Now I changed the SN (original SN) but I can't make update
when I lunch UFS progs it shows HWK NOT authorized but no Unexpected Exception: BOX_AUTH_ERROR ....Can I make the HWK update with a different SN ??

now the box work..........no error........no "HWK not authorizd.........the upsate work ..........

i will download req.fbi from support and try to update firmware req file genrate see say box error :80 and after this error i connect ufs both error coming :1111 ann 20

i will starthwk update so 1111 error is gone but still 20error

i cant genaret req.fbi

what can i do to update firmware for this problem mr.odia
