Please Help!! Where can the problem can from!! And if i want to update the firmware where should i go to UPDATE it!! Am not able to flash a phone!! Please helP!!

Am not able to save the *.req file.... how to do that ?? Where to get it???
When i press on Update firmware it ask directly for the *.fbi file since i have no *.req file where will i get the *.fbi file??? please help.. i have attach pictures when i just click on update firmware..... it does not ask me to save any *.req file it looks directly for the *.fbi file...

sorry for u, i think u corrupt ur activition string on ur box, that activition string is save in ur box, once u have entered a wrong activition code that error may uccur.

u need to calculate ur activition string on ur box it needs a software

1.open Dctx13k_TangCHao.exe to update fireware
2.choose Req.fbi
3.you can find XXXXXXXX.fbi file
4.use req2fbi.exe change XXXXXXXX.req to XXXXXXXX.fbi
5.open Dctx13k_TangCHao.exe to update fireware
6.choose XXXXXXXX.fbi

Dear all,
I got the same problem again i did the procedure above but still having BOX ERRor 32!! Please can some one give me another solution?

I need the real driver for Dctx13k_TangCHao.exe as USB driver of my power flasher.because the driver that am using is asking for ACTIVATION String!! but when using another driver it is telling USB ABOSOLETE driver unistall USB driver!!

Was ok for th first time BUT now its not working at ALL.... after saying Box key UPDATED it still make the same error!! What should i do now?????

I have tried lots of times!!! i have even change the SN!!! Please guide me!!!!
