For some time now most of Nokia phones that have contact service will flash but the contact service will remain after the phone has finished flashing. Today I tried to flash 7 phones (1100 &2300) but none of them could flash completely. Rather after giving 1st boot ok, nothing will happen again. Please can somebody help.

it's hardware fault not software
