E398 dead after flash
 

hi

i'm new on mototool and no play any motorola software
i have some problem flashing e398
this phone alive before flash,i also have make full backup before flash
i try to flash 3 part (flash,lp,flex) then phone die
then i try whole flash to phone,phone alive again.
i try flash it again other file with whole flash now totally dead...

here is log

Open ok...
Phone in blank mode
Check mobile selection before action...

Start erase..
Erasing zone error!!!

now my E398 cannot on,cannot set to flash mode
pls help me..

recharge battary fist and tray to flash....

i have fully charge the battery

may be we better start looking into smart-clip, to solve our problems with flashing motorola P2K phones, i guess.

you are right,i solved with other moto software..
mototools connot repair this phone

no more total moto , total moto is died ................
