C38x_C650_V180_V220 ARABIC you have on Supportarea.

For the rest i think fonec can help you.
Also if more user would use the read langpack option in the software -- and send to our file sharing mail adress: gsm[at]cd.ro - then we could much faster update the support area with langpacks for turkish , arab , ... customer.
