My dongle not working now
I contact my reseller Gobi when he came back of his holidays he told me that I have to send it back
200 USD for dongle + 130 USD for DHL sending back
now it's 330 USD = smartclip
Last tuesday he promised to send me another dongle.
I gave my delivery address and now 3 messages witout response

Gobi should I wait or not ?

Of course your dongle was sent, as i told you.
It was sent by airmail, is allready few days on the way...

You had nothing to pay more for sending back to me(except maybe 5-10$ Airmailcost)
So - what is the problem ????
I allways answer all incomming messages -- so can be some mailserver problem there... because i have not received mail from you.

As I told you before DHL is only available in my country

I don't know if I can receive or send by airmail

A "rascal" named virus is attacking this Thread.

When somebody buy something for you it's for solve its unlocking problems
I receive my parcel 03 th january and 11 days after dongle is dead. I receive 25 moto v600 for unlocking and you're on holidays.So I have to wait your return and then you send the other by airmail. If aimail is 100% available why don't You send the first parcel by AImail ? Your *******rs pay around 140USD for DHL
When we make buissness you have to be fast.
You have to test all your product before selling
As I know i am not alone in this situation so If you want to be really unhappy be unhappy with the manufacturer of this dongle.

If you are 100% trustable for send parcel be 100% trustable for test all those box before selling.

At this time I didn't receive anything and I'm still loosing money for motorola

At least the guys at Airmail ensured me it take about 8-9 working days.

I had preferred EMS (4 days) but as sayed, it was not avaiable..
