where can i buy one. do i need to be aware of clone ones etc? also how often does the software get updated. i have seen also that people have option to upgrade to se special feature for an extra cost, what is it and whats the benefits?

i have looked in platinumclip.co.uk if someone could get back to me with support from that site it would be much appreciated. tried calling twice no answer
