| problem hello .. i have just got my self a second hand data1 clip. it had software version 4.50, so i tried to update it, it started then failed and now gives me,CONTACT SUPPLIER ERROR 12. as its a second hand clip i dont have a supplier can some one help me please.... |

|  Which lead for downloading updates to Talking Clip? I have just bought a second-hand Platinum Talking Clip box too, with all the cables (I think). However, I cannot work out how to download the updates from my computer to the box. The main cable appears to be the USB to PS2 lead (for phone leads & dongles), but I cannot understand how this lead is supposed to connect to the computer. Do you know if I might be missing a lead, and if so, which lead? Can anyone throw any light? Thanks.  Last edited by adamyard; 10-14-2006 at 18:03. |
