I don't know what is wrong, but my customer are waiting.

I have tryed 5 different phones and i get the same result.

Hi what version of Sonics are you running? What software version is on the handsets?

I use the latest version via COM port.
Version is not depeended as i have readed, that's CID which is CID29 (not latest).

hi

I think flash chip id is not supported,
try to read with another tool and report id so we can confirm
