K700i not unlocking - GSM-Forum

Hello,
I am a new user to Sonics...i tried unlocking k700i and not sucessfull...it just says powering phone and goes to 100%. I click on on button in the phone but no response.
I don't have K00i GDFS file so, i tried to read gdfs from a working phone, but same problem"powering phone". Nothing happens if i press the 'on' button in the phone.
Someone please help...

check if cable is in correct rj45 slot (it's the SPT - the one closer to the leds).
after pressing unlock, you must press and release the phone's power button, and everything should go fine. if don't please try on another computer, or even other usb port, as i had similar problems once

Hi, sir:
My proposals:
1) make sure your SONICS version is the latest;
2) make sure your battery is fully charged;
3) make sure your cable is correct;
4) refer to the manual;
You'd power on the attached phone due to the hint runtime, if failed to power on, re-insert the battery and try again.

The K500i phone is now unlocking....the battery was down..
