This Is Totally Unacceptable To have A Poduct Without Any Support Site. New Update Has Been Out And I Cant Download It Nearly 1 Week Now. I Have No Access To Files Or Anything. I Think you Will Loose Potential Customers Because Of This Problem. U Have Good Product Without Support Site. It Is On Heard Offfffffffffff
