what must i do to read out complete Flash with sonics ???? read flash (error)

hi, sir, before reading flash from phone, you'd set up correct start address first. e.g., as to db2000(k700i, k500i, and so on), start address should be set to $44000000, as to db2010(z1010,v800, and so on), it should set to $20000000.

m8 can u provide us a table of start ad******* for specific fones like dejans dct3.

say i want to read k700i there are 2 kinds of files one is mains and other is Fs then

what will be the start address for the main file and what will be the start address

for the FS file..... perhaps a table is necessary for reading flash of a spcific model.

if it can be provided to us will be very much appreciated.

hi, sir, k750 belongs to db2000, the start address of k750 is $44000000.
as to the "length" box, you'd tell sonics how many bytes you want to read out from phone.

Hi, sir, try to answer your question.
SEMC is sorted into 2 kinds, one is named db2000, which include k300, j300, f500, k500, k700, s700, k750, d750, w800i, z500; the other is named db2010, which include k600, k608, z1010, v800, z800. The respective start address and length are shown below:
all db2000 except k750/d750/w800: main firmwire start address is $44000000, length is $1000000; fs firmwire start address is $45000000, length is $800000;
k750/d750/w800: main firmwire start address is $44000000, length is $1400000; fs firmwire start address is $45400000, length is $c00000;
all db2010 except k600/k608: main firmwire start address is $20200000, length is $1000000; fs firmwire start address is $21200000, length is $800000;
k600/k608: main firmwire start address is $20200000, length is $15e0000; fs firmwire start address is $21600000, length is $a00000.

$ followed string represent hexidecimal, $1000000 is decimal 16 Mega bytes.

ok i have done readout !! 16 mb ok !!! (the sonic files have 17.3 mb mainfile)

but flash the file back it comes with error "bad file"

whats wrong ??

how must i flash back it ??? (mainfile or fs-file) original sonics files does work !!!

These are pure data (or code) in the phone, you'd add some script into the file before writing back.

Hi, i've ever writen a post for it. The script language is too complicated to explan it clearly in one post. Let me try.
first, you'd add a head (about 1 kilo bytes)for the SSW file, there are some rules in it, for example, there are checksums of SSW blocks in the head;
secondly, you'd add a sentence (binary data) before each block.
