Check your cable and battery first, i am sure Sonics can full support k300i.
Is there any hint for RECOVER PHONE in the log?

no... battery and cable is ok... battery full, cable - flashing k700i - not problem... but if i flash k300i or s700i: "...bad file, will not flash..." files is downloaded from www.sonicsbox.com (lante168)
