why is th e support site down so often. sometimes the homepage is ok but when i go to downlaod i get a dead page. could u look into this please

i have already try it now
it"s work now.why you can't downlad ?
use the ID,the click "support " ,and you msut choose "sonicsbox"in the product field.
it's OK.

Mates, the instruction is so simple. Do you think I can't understand it? As I told here several times, I can enter the support area but I can't download anything..I think there is something wrong with it. Once in a while actually downloading a file works but MOST of the time it doesn't!! Do I make my point now? SonicsBox Team, kindly resolve the issue.
