z500 support and computer crashing - GSM-Forum

i just received my sonics box bu the problem i am getting is when i click on the latest version software for the sonics box it crashes my computer or it just doesnt open. how can i solve this problem? also when will there be support for the z500 and p910????? Can someone pleae answer my questions

Please re-download the newest commandor in SONICS web site. If it behaves so again, please let me know. I'll try my best to help you.
About P910, we'll not support it for the moment; About Z500, we have had our friends purchasing it for a period of time, Once we get it, we'll support it soon.Thanks for your purchasing.

I just re-downloaded the program and I get the same result. On the Windows Blue Screen, it says that the program is trying to write to a 'read only' part of memory.

N.B what is the 'new commander' and where do i download it?

lucky that your computer crashed,
i used sonics-crap and the building next to me crashed, what to do now ?

disable or shut down all protection that may interfere with SONICS, such as antivirus, power management, etc. maybe helpful.

hi

I found same problem on a ibm laptop,
problem was about usb interface, for some reason lapto usb integrated hub had problems when accessing usb interfaces, no matter which one, it goes to bsd,
reinstalling windows solved problem,
at the end I found that installing packard bell usb 6in1 card reader driver was causing that problem,

I found that it was x-protector causing this problem.
disable or turn off interfering source, such as antivirus, power management,etc, can solve this problem.
btw, now, i've removed x-protector from this new version 1.063.
everything maybe ok.

hi

grood work!, now working on all machines,
btw, about customize option, uploading customize file will just enable menu needing fs match to have lenguage available or...?
