we are facing a problem of check cable for unlocking 1602 anyone having solution but the mobile is coming in usb port and showing in which com it is connected

for ZTE-C S1602 Model you must use Motorola V3 USB Cable and for Driver go to download area and Download Driver of 1602 Model.
you must use Read information button and also check your selected com port whichever you select.
may be your problem solved out.
