hi,

i flashed an o2x3 with the main flash file from support to remove user code because the software could not remove it. The flash went ok, but the phone does not turn on now, any ideas please.

Hi,
Double check phone model. Is it O2X3 or S700 ?
Try to write different firmware versions: O2x3 and S700.

phone is o2x3 and there is only one firmware available on support for it??

i have tried with the s700 flash, and the phone now comes on but its very strange, and things don't work.

i have another 02x3 here, is it possible to read the flash then flash it to the phone?

yes, it's good idea. Pls, read flash and send to [email protected]
we will check/convert flash file and you will be able to flash it in your phone.

send flash, received flash back within a few hours and now works 100%.
