Hi,

In fact it was minor changes only, ask/rpl operation improved, so we did not made any big anounce.
Anyway this update can be very useful for people who have dead "Chinese" models (killed by Flashtool or other tool by full flashing), good internal changes was made in this release to improve dead phones repair.
