i've one W375 i'm not able to unlock it

here is the log.

i also unlocked many W375 before but this one having problem thats why i post your link doesn't help on it.

dear first check ur baud... is 115200 if yes then use smartclip this will unlock 100% infinity is not to good in this kind of phones i have note this many times

Some w375 can not be unlocked yet, we are working in this direction.

i did try the both options u mentioned but doesn't help i think this fone can't b unlocked right now as the InfinitySupport Mentioned that they are working on this direction.
