Reason - unstable connections, which make data garbaged. SW stops to avoud after "hang phones" and e.t.c. in result after writing such file.

Way to fix - install new drivers, use short usb cable and directly connected to motherboard. Not on some software, which can check/use ports and e.t.c.
Much possibilities and problems.
