Hi,

The first phone x70 when unlocking some error during unlocking and now phone can not power on...

The second phone when we flash with Winmodo - during flashing stop to flash and now only phone light...

Any idea how to repair these phones? I am ready to send phones to infinity team and pay small money to get all these two phone alive because all two customers are angree...

Did you try to use Winmodo and flash A39 from support area mate?

Hi m8,
why are u blaiming infinity team for that? i think their software is 100% ok , bcs i never fallen in any pb for unlock X70.for ur information i have unlocked around 35-40 X70 phones without any pb.so,its not infinity software's fault.so,i don't think so like you.

Hello,

Need to know more details.
1st phone: pls, tell me exactly what was the error. You can see unlock process progress in the Log_X70.txt file.
Can you try to repeat unlock process ?

2nd: what was the error exactly ?
Can you try to flash it again with winmodo ?
Possible death reason for this phone: hardware problem. It can be that flash chip not so good. In other case flashing process have to be finished w/o any problems.
As about first phone: can't say anything exactly until i'll see details from log file.

yes mate Don't Blaim infinity
bcz therez no wrong with Infinity
plz remember
For Unlocking X70 u have to recharge its BATT 101% OK...
otherwise forsure 202% u will kill ur X70.
Now try to Flash it with
Winmodo

Step:-1
101% Fully Charged BATT.
Step:-2
Backup of UPS (Very Very Important Stuff for this Field)
4. Start Winmodo
5. Menu Option -> Boot download: Checked
6. Menu Option -> Smart boot update: Checked
7. Menu Settings -> COM port: select COM port
8. Menu Settings -> Baud Rate: select 115200
9. "CUST" area: Red
10. "LP" area: Red
11. "CODE" area: Green
12. Press "Browse" button and select flash file
13. Connect cable to PC
14. Connect cable to phone
15. Press "Start Download" button
16. Shortly press phone power button

if Menu Settings -> Baud Rate: select 115200 does not Workout then u can Reduce it...

mate its definitily INFINITY TO BLAME FOR ALL THESE DEAD PHONES .
I HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM .ITS A31 TRIED TO unlock first but it said operation failed .but the phone was ok.
so i flashed a39 and tried to unlock it .this time it just err writing1 err writing
than the dead phone.if it s happening to lot of people there must be something with the infinity .i have unlocked many phones with the griffin server before and not a single one them had any problem .
why dont they update the software /or tell us how to fix the problem ?

I have unlocked a few X70's OK with Infinity

Can anyone fix these dead X-70. I have one that restarts after first unlock with infinity. Use CB2000, then unlock a second time. now phone is totally dead. Winmodo cannot dectect it. charge battery in another phone, but phone still won't power on.

Where can we send them to be repaired ?

have to pay out of pocket to angry customer

no solution i also faced same problm you only have to rewrite its flash chip or change flash other wise no software solution yet.

Hi,

Try to flash phone with Winmodo. Winmodo have to detect phone for sure, but it can be that flashing process stopped at the beginning. I need to know what error Winmodo say.

Well there si some problem with these X70 fones with A32 version.But u can revive for shure with flashing A39 using winmodo.About this error while unlocking is really strange ...i also experienced it once but revived the fone later with flashing.Just use full charged battery and flash it....will be ok.Wish you good luck with flashing.

i just done a successfull unlock of x70 but is not power on , but unlocking process is done very nicely , but fone is not comming on , phone comes on only when i press unlocked button again. any body knows why , lcd is fine no power at all battery 100% charged, or infinity is a useless now.

What do you mean "phone comes on only when i press unlocked button again" ?
Also, give me Log file to check.
