everytime try to connect infinity it gives error com port not available

in detail:- see below
for example:i connect infinity to pc.open shell.select modle.desire module open.but when try to do any function it say com port not available

what i try to solw it

reinstall drivers box and cards both
restart pc 2-3 times

now plz tell me how to solw it ?
note: my other tool work fine in my pc

better you install new copy of window and install complete setup and post result

no this is not a solution.we r profasnols not amechors.we have to search the problem and solw it.there for i creat this post.
otherwise i also know, this problem 100% solw by format the pc

download iiginal infinity box driver via spport areiand try again if any pro. cntact me

what the com port your infinity box take
you can know it from device manager
and you can change it

from devive manger uninstall usb serial like this

after uninstall disconect your box then restart your pc and then replug your infinity box
