3510 blinking problem

i have lg 3510 which was blinking after repair blink now i m trying to download .dll,.scr.in file but every time show Location : 'ChangeToDM' Function in Upgrade

Contents : Can't Change DM mode .

please solve this prolem.

br use rx tx special usb not recognised cable make it com 2 in device manager after it open cdma tool then choose model rd 3000 and press sp unlock it will show phone ver and error phone ver not supported after it close cdma tool dont disconnect mobile open lg tool chosse com 2 and browse scr ad prl and dll same ver and press scr downlode ,all will be ok,
