try too bandrate set low rate, i think this is flash ic fault, rehit or reball flash ic.

1. download latest MModule v2.29: http:///vbb/showthread.php?t=578675
2. Select model Alcatel-S520
3. Try to read flash
In case of success send flash backup with information about problem and phone to: [email protected]
incluse operation.log file in your mail
