What is this PROBLEM???

i think brother see flash ic numbers and words at flash ic that is damaged.
and look after for same flash ic that have same words and numbers.
i think u understand what i say.

hello!

in most cases it is just bad soldering problem, so no need to look for new flash IC
just resolder old one

if you dont have enough skills in resoldering- just heat it.
in most cases heating can solve problem
