As you can see by log lash chip can't be detected. In most cases (99.9%) the reason of this situation is in damaged harware (dead flash chip).
I am sure that phone was in dead condition when you have got it for repair.

because i have some mobile N82 SMART with usb cable are detected as 6218 and for flash must have the rg45 cable

reason for wrong flash chip detect: this flash is damage
try to rehote and reboll
