SIR WHAT DO YOU MEAN FORMAT COMPLETE AFTER FLASH OR FORMAT COMPLETE BEFORE FLASH THEN SAFE FORMAT, BECAUSE EVERY TIME I COMPLETE FORMAT THE PHONE I ALWAYS GET DEAD PHONES AND JUST WRITE THE BACKUP AGAIN IF THERE IS NO FLASH IN SUPPORT, BUT IN THIS CASE I FORGOT TO BACKUP THE FULLFLASH FIRMWARE I JUST BACKUP THE EEPROM< AND I DONNOT KNOW IF IT IS CORRUPTED OR NOT SO DECIDED TO REQUEST IT, BECAUSE I SEARCH IN FORUM THERE IS NOTING FLASH FIRMWARE LIKE AS I MENTION, AND ALSO IN OUR SUPPORT AREA, I APPRECIATE YOUR FAST REPLY BUT I NEED HELP FROM YOU TO REVIVE THE UNIT, I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND BECAUSE MY CUSTOMER WAS ANGRY TO ME, I KNOW ITS MY FAULT SIR NOT YOURS, BUT I NEED YOUR HELP........

hello!

please do not confuse "Format whole flash chip" & "Format Complete"
first one will erase whole flash chip and result will be dead phone.

what i am advice here is try to use similar flash files.
worth to try, for example, theese:
[bin] flashfiles/ChineseMiracle/_MT6225/HEXING25_GEMINI_PCB01_GPRS_MT6225_S00.MAUI_GEMINI_ W08_12_30__Ben_16m_En_Ru_Fr_Es_Id_Tr_Farsi_Pt_Ar.B 0M.bin
[bin] flashfiles/ChineseMiracle/_MT6225/HEXING25_GEMINI_PCB01_GPRS_MT6225_S00.MAUI_GEMINI_ W08_12_14_16m_En_Ru_Fr_Es_De_Ml_Id_Tr_Farsi_Pt_Cz_ Ar.B0M.bin

just after flashing, disconnect battery, connect it again and make format FFS complete.
only then try to power it On
