8600_RM_164 Software Problem...


hi supporters...

i have a 8600_rm164 that i think it has software pb.. when incoming call come ringtone is not ringing completly.. it means, ringtone stopping suddenly..

and phone backup....

try to format ffs 1st, then restore imei.

or try to format complete and restore imei.
