why this not fully supported

CPU: MT6571 SW:0000 Ver: CA00
Downloading Boot11 ...

In tab "setting" You can change one by one ==>> Settings -> Other -> NAND init Mode

u can read factory file from cm2 but for write flash u need sptool flasher
