about pinfinder

I have a cellphone (MTK) that pinfinder can't power on. It has 2x5 (10b connnector)

Could I put in the phone battery in order to power on the phone? or in order to find pinout with pinfinder is necessary to connect the phone with pinfinder power wires?

It's need to use + and - from PinFinder, don't use battery.

Please, download latest PinFinder manual:
Please, see page 19: Automatic pinout detection: Troubleshooting

If phone still can not be powered-ot it's need to add 1000mF capacitor (picture will be attached small time later).
