This Device is a secured boot one, built on MT6570CHIP.
So you have to use MTK2 module, which includes memory tool.
IC/Ram read write testing is only available on 1.58 legacy...
There's a difference between memory tool and IC testing feature...
Good luck

You may also try to use IC read/write test with version 1.58 for doggee x10, on the condition that you swap the DA files.......boot folder in infinity directory file

Yep, IC/Memory testing ain’t included in MTK2 yet.
What’s confusing you exactly?
There’s a difference between memory tool and read write testing feature:
Briefly, memory tool is an Ultimate tool for custom reading/flashing/wiping, modding, forensic and others operations. Whereas, ic test feature is built for getting you the state of the health of your Emmc/nand chip for example: whether it is damaged or no....good luck
