hello
please i've problem when i insert my infinity or SEtool3 ''schlumberg the both'' with my windows xp it restart but it work fine under 2k and no problém with hasp like mss4 and other hasp dongle please infinity-support any solution for this i'm using all os ''xp 2k and 98'' in the same computer and it's not good to restart all time my pc for changing software

Hello,

I think it's need to completely uninstall e-gate drivers and install it back.
Pls, tell me more info about errors what you see when you insert dongle ?

i use setool card version and infinity on win xp sp2 with no any problem, so...

no error appear but just when i insert the dongle the pc restart automaticly and when i let it inserted the pc restart before it enter to windows but only when i choose winxp

problem solved after uninstaling and reinstalling e-gate drivers
