I need help please.
Of recent my card failed i have done replacement but i need help to transfer my software that where on my old card to the new one please.
from card No (s/n) 00CD632AA6 to Serial No (S/N): 405FA467

What's the reason to request support in forum from other supporter if you are in contact with support ?

transfer done, you can update dongle firmware.
to get all activations finally transferred you should wait 2-3 days.

Hi to infinity team.
who is res-possible for this loss.
i have lost two activation after making replacement card.
it has come to my notice that cards infinity card have expire every after 4 years
this is my second replacement but this time i made lose it.
both time and money,why i come to that conclusion is this.

Transfer of any activation is possible only between same type of cards. We can sell you such card, if you need

i was given this 00CD632AA6
of which i activated anther software,after this card stopped working i made another replacement i got the new one which is giving headache.
i ended up buying a cm2 dongle while waiting for my replacement.
what can i do now.
Dc-unlocker not working even my main infinity box i can not even unlock a simple zte a35.

do i need to pay for new support and activation as well?
-Dongle not activated. Activation price from 69 Eur.

please sir intend to know where did i go wrong making a replacement and getting less software than i activated on my old card.
the i have to pay twice for the same thing.
i have a combo infinity box which had 5 in 1
after replacement i get 3 in 1 activation.
that means lost
1-DC-unlocker activation and its support i paid for
2-I cant use main box software

N.B its a must for my workshop to have all the above software.

if is there any possibility that this card isnt enough space, remove HUA tool and put back DC-UNLOCKER
