It's not secure boot, but older boot, older cpu,
may be some incompatibility with newer loaders ...

Use attached DA_Agent, change existing DA_Agent in CM2MTK folder,
try to boot device.

Small add-on ... in case you cant write flash,
download SPFT with "security disable" file, to be written with
SPFlashTool "write memory" option.
Check instructions inside archive, and correct address for writing on pictures.
BE CAREFULL, not to make mistake. You can kill the device.
