pls, try to swap Rx <-> Tx wires in C2500 cable ad try to read flash again.

also, you can try to use PinFinder for pinout detection (select NXP CPU type).

I have one in my hand, i choose NXP CUP but don't lucky, tell me if I use pinout of C2500 and use the swap Rx <-> Tx option, what is software need start it for read this flash file pls ?

maybe after if I have some time I open it and see if I can find Tx and Rx,

As I can see from picture - cpu type is "ST". This CPU type is not supported yet.
