infinity team, i don t know why after activate my infinity for cm2 1 year , i try to update it with donge manager 1.72 and it display this messenge during 3 days '' No update found for your smart-card. Do not try more today'' this is screen show

and for any soft run , it display '' Dongle firmware [0128] is out of date!''

Use ORIGINAL Infinity hardware and update dongle firmware ONE more time.

I put the sim card in a dongle, now I put it in an infinity box of a friend to see if it's my dongle that does not work. But here's the message it display .

need help plz, i change pc, samething i reintall , same thing . I need to do one job with that and all my customer go. there my only box for cm. plz infinity team help.

you must use good stable Internet connection
if you want to get your box working you must use original Infinity hardware
if you want to get your box damaged permanently you can continue to use your omni card-reader
