after format phone dead


hi team
i found chaina phone with restart problem so i do format this but after format phone will dead i try read frimware then frimware is damage now tel me how do i find frimware on support area cause phone not show flash vorsion

hello!

you must open with notepad operation.log file which is located in Chinese Miracle folder.
scrool it from up from end and find First operation with this phone.
there you will see Original software version.

Hello did u save eeprom file before formating or during format????
If u save it then write eeprom your problem will be solve & post here result......

yes it is a first log when i format FFS.
i give back phone to customer but i want to know when we face this problem then how do we solve this problem. i know 1 solution that read this file from same phone but when we have not same then what we do?

Hello then simple 1st read full flash backup file with eeprom before any oppration then do format or use any other option.......
