Previously, removed all the software. Save the license file. After updating the card, installed again. Put the license file in the program folder.

No magic - you was able to update card because we have reset your card update status.
Please ask Hua supporters to check what is wrong. If it will be need we will allow card update again but for sure you need an advice from hua support if you still unable to run hua soft after two card updates.

I will describe in detail. Yesterday rolled back the version to 1.2.0, the error remained. This morning I updated the card, the software started, asked to restore the license. The license was restored and the program started. After that, fixed the corrected 1.2.1 and it turned out what you see in the previous message.

We do not provide support for hua software.
If you have a problem with hua software you should contact to hua supporters and explain problem to hua supporters but not here.

let me repeat - you have updated dongle firmware two times already.
if you still have a problem after two updates this means you have to get help from hua.
