After Support Renewal .. Support: Expired!


Just asked my supplier to renew my support of CM2 on BEST Dongle today,
He confirmed with me that the renewal has been done, although i still see that Support: Expired in my IOS Account!!,

Code:
- Activation 1: Infinity-Box/Dongle; Firmware Version: 0134; Registered: 2016-02-15; Expired: 2017-02-15; Support: Expired
- Activation 2: Infinity [BEST]; S/N: 6E928887; Firmware Version: 0122
Also, i tried to update Dongle firmware, which didn't work and here's the log:

I think renewal process hasn't been done, but since i can't be 100% sure of that, i need to confirm with you that my dongle isn't blocked/damaged,

Hello friend
as i have separate dongles for best and Cm2..So maybe i m wrong..because for my dongles update there is no manual selection between best or infinity-box Dongle..its have auto detect my dongles
but from your update logs its looks like to me that u have manual selection for both dongles..(it have because u have two activation in one dongle)
so i think u select wrong dongle for update..
and maybe that is the problem..
and sorry if i m wrong
