Hi sir pls help my CM2MTK infinity not open after update 1.56 and 1.57
spd and rda and mtk 1.55 .1.54 ...application are open need solution

1-install CM2MTK 1.57

2-update Dongle manger

3- open CM2MTK 1.57

4-select cpu close application CM2MTK 1.57 and 1.56 but 1.55 work is ok

uninstall and reinstall

What is your Support Validity Date ?
How to check - Infinity-Box - FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

If you have active support - run DongleManager and update Box/Dongle firmware.
If your support is not active - renew support first.

Hello.
You should delete and disable all services, which not related to microsoft sw - i.e. flexihub,usb over network and rest services.

installl flexihub

select cpu close application
after ruu application not open

Infinity software do not works if you have flexihub running, it's a software conflict.
so pls select and run only one of them

Do you have any kind of sharuing.trace/spy/debug tools running ?
Do you have fault.bin file in folder with software ?

Maybe is DEL "fault.bin" soft open OK....

Try Update again the dongle....

but

After install CM2QLM fault.bin comback InfinityBox CM2QLM is not working

CM2MTK v1.58 and CM2QLM Not Open (fault.bin)
Open CM2 MTK All Work But After Select

SP : Auto [2601] [6571...6595] [6732...6797] [81/83/87xx] NAND / Emmc

Software Close

And CM2 Not open after that

in CM2 folder One file come Its Name (fault.bin) deleted but coming again

deleted all cm2 folder and instal again but some story
