Alcatel 1650 unable to unlock - GSM-Forum

I have this 1650 with firmware

I650X,I650A_JRD25_06B_PCB01_GPRS_MT6225_S00.MAUI_0 6B_W07_28_SP1_V34__fullflash_part_1_of_1_20090819-145812.B0X.bin

the phone went dead after I flash with

I650A-2ATLVE1-649_XD64NL02_JRD25_06B_PCB01_GPRS_MT6225_S00.MAUI_ 06B_W07_28_SP1_V34_2008-10-31_En_Fr_Es_Pt-BR_It_Telcel-Colombia.B0M.bin

The phone is working alright but it cannot unlock with any simfree firmware

flash phone with simfree file from support.if phone dead than repair security
