Sure you have cable problem.Infinity boot easly that phones. And yours will be unlocked if you check cable. But there are some OT-103-203-363 from Ivory Coast that Infinity can't unlock! If try get dead phone. Many repports are sent but no result for now.Only OT-363 can be unlocked by using two tools.
Check your cable and post result!!!!

It is cable problem, double check that you have used correct pinout.

Here is an instruction how to get cable/pinout information:
1. be sure that you have downloaded and installed latest Infinity-Box Pinouts update: Infinity-Box - News
2. run Infinity-Box Shell
3. select required model
4. see detailed information about cable/pinout (Rx/Tx/Gnd pins and other information)

Here is an example of information given by Infinity-Box Shell:

RJ45 connector pinout:

Here is an information how to build your own cable: FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions, cables/pinouts, supported models - GSM-Forum

I found a phone with the same problem. Came from Orange France. I solved the problem by connecting the phone in a mirror image of what Infinity suggested.

ORIGINAL INFINITY PINOUT
Pin 1 B+
Pin 2 Ground
Pin 3 Phone TX/ RJ45 pin 3
Pin 4 Phone RX/ RJ45 pin 2
Pin 5 Blank

MY MODIFIED CONNECTION
Pin 1 Blank
Pin 2 Phone RX/ RJ45 pin 2
Pin 3Phone TX/ RJ45 pin 3
Pin 4 Ground
Pin 5 B+

If anybody has a phone from Orange Fance with the same problem of not connecting, try my solution. Worked first try for me.
