Hello.
We already test such samples and they are completely Ok.
Try make factory reset. If no luck - write NVM back and do factory reset again. It will bring phone to initial state.

This flow bring phone back to locked state in any case.
Are you sure about there is no any HW damage? Sim connector? Did you try other SIM?
Does mobile ask something about code before unlock?

  • no hardware damage (set bought few days ago and was working just this morning)
  • both sim conectores are ok
  • i've try others sim with and with and without pin code

I will upload unbranded FW and clean NV today/tomorrow on support and let you know, when it will be ready to download.
Read FW from it now for further check cases ( probably - it will be need me , depending on unbranded FW flashing test ).
