SM G530H 6572 stuck on samsung logo. - GSM-Forum

I have SM G530h after write flash phone dead.
now i am writing backup(taken with cm2 before any opration) but phone always hang on samsung logo.
before writing phone was proper on condition
only with display light adjusting dissabled.

any possible solution?
