Phone rooted and diag mode enabled with software and manual but no succed to detect it

Card found : xxxxxxxxx , v0136
Infinity-Box Chinese Miracle Qualcomm Module [QLM] v 1.16

Operation : Enable DIAG ( over ADB ) [ v1.16 ]
Waiting for device in ADB mode ...

1. Connect device, enable 'DEVELOPER MODE' and 'USB DEBUG', if need!
2. Insert USB cable, accept AUTH on PhoneScreen, if software ask!

Does new device appear in device manager?
BTW - repair will not make any effect, since device have OTP, digits burned in BOOT_1 partition. Read-Only.
