Alcatel ot-355 blink then off after unlock - GSM-Forum

I have this phone brought me when power on just blink alcatel then off owner said other person tried to unlock. Can i get flash file and eeprom for this phone pls

yes i have same problem after unlock only blink
ot-355dx flash please

i download file in suport area but
can not load only see bad file bad file

unfortunately my account expired cant download in support also my phone is ot-355 not 355d any body who have good flashfile please help
