1. Power Off Phone , Remove battery , Insert back
2. Insert USB cable. In some cases require hold BootKey

1. It ANCIENT device. Very ancient.
2. Alcatel phones have IMEI in OTP, so, correct firmware flashing should help solve problem.

How to already motioned by Mr Jaydi , and i flash it by other tools bcz i dont have flash in SP tools format.
