Here is an instruction how to get cable/pinout information:

1. be sure that you have downloaded and installed latest Infinity-Box Pinouts update
2. run Infinity-Box Shell
3. select required model
4. see detailed information about cable/pinout (Rx/Tx/Gnd pins and other information)

Sir please some new alcatel with new mcu can't be unlocked not even respond so in that case , I think infinity should help us

iagree with ganja-fahad these models v212,s120 have anew cpu and can not boot
tried every solution changed cables but phone can not boot
so in some countries orhers have phones that booot but others have phones that do not boot.

The problem with the type of ot-v212 /v212x sold in uganda is that tx is cut or disconnected by the manufacturer as requested by the orange network provider.
So in case of any new pin out location,let us share or else wait for miracles from infinity support team.................thanx

all about pinout is ok but on-board /circuit the phone tx is disconnected to the sockets............................
Please try other methods.

desen't work for me eather...tryed diffrent cables and I have made one myself...still not working....phone doesen't boot at all
Can someone post a working pinoutfor this phone??????
