frp remove XT 1622


Hi
I received this Motorola XT 1622 for FRP remove
Operation : Identify [ v1.03 ]

Waiting for device in fastboot mode ...

1. Power off device. Press and hold 'VOL DOWN' button
2. Insert USB cable, hold button until device will be found!

Connect Ok!

First enable factory mode then try enable ADB

I've enabled factory mode, under Device Manager on my Laptop I find two connections
1. Moto G (4)
2. Unknown device
Both connections have Exclamation marks, I assume there is something wrong with drivers,

Does any one know where I can obtain the correct drivers from please

Today I found Motorola End User Driver Installation. I beleive these are the drivers I need for this Motorola? I cannot istal these drivers on my W10 machine? I cannot seem to find any drivers for this phone to run on w10?
Any help /advice gratefully received
